Hey, I'm Kate.

I spent years in growth and product marketing. Then I started building. Vibe coding mobile apps. Designing AI agents and agentic workflows. Shipping real products end-to-end as a solo founder. Somewhere along the way, the line between marketer and product builder disappeared completely.

This journal is my playground. It's where I document the systems I'm building, the experiments I'm running, the things that work, the things that spectacularly don't, and everything in between.
